Low temp plastic - need a couple small pieces

Do any of you fellas have a couple pieces of low temp plastic you can spare? I need (2) 12" long pieces about 1" wide to make some grills.

    Thanks!

I've got a sheet of this .118" Kydex, but it melts at about 360º. I could snap a couple of inches off, if you think it would work

Hmm...that might just work. Have you attempted heat forming it? How flexible is it?

I haven't tried it yet. It was one of those impulse buys where I considered making a mold plug and forming it over the plug to make a mounting cup for a midrange. I just never got around to it.
There's many videos out there about molding and forming kydex, it looks really cool

I have a custom pistol holster formed out of Kydex. Awesome stuff. It should work nicely for this application.

I got lots of kydex stuff and yes, want a different fit, just heat it up a bit and form it.

Kydex! Never thought of it for car stuff.. Great for holster forming.
I too would like to get some of the low-temp plastic for flushing in some D3004's and 10F's and get this party started already.
Either that or I'll have to bite the bullet and get some skills already and a table setup with a rabbet bit.. Which is what I aughta do anyway.
Looks like Steve mobilesolutions has big sheets of the LTP plastic though, granted for rings and stuff, a sheet would last you like forever.

Where do you get the low temp plastic? I've looked for it and never found it.
