Birmingham Area GTG...need feedback

So, I'm looking to host an event at either my house in Warrior, AL (20min north of Birmingham) or one of my friend's commercial properties in Birmingham. If I was going to set something up for the Sept-Oct neighborhood, what do you think would be the best date to do it?

Finals is Oct 17-18 in Huntsville, AL
Jason is having his big meet on Nov 7

So should I have it in late September, or wait until early December?

I vote for late September. Getting ready for Christmas would probably keep me at home in early December.

Alabama would lend itself well to a winter meetup! Aw hell, who am I kidding, I just want it to he when I can go dammit! My fall is booked up pretty good, how's about a January date?

I personally couldn't make Sept or October. Just too much work travel and personal travel those two months.

I'll definitely try to make one whenever you have it. I was actually thinking about doing one next Spring but that's pretty far ahead.
