Looking at replacing my oem stereo

Will be replacing the head unit and 4 6.5" speakers. I'm unhappy with the sound quality and the quality of the oem head unit

I'm looking for sound quality and theft deterrence. Here is a pic of my oem head unit

Are you wanting a relatively non-flashy unit that people might overlook, but still offers good sound quality over the stock piece? Reason I ask, is there are some double din units on the market that do not have touchscreens, and still use knobs and oversized buttons, much like the factory radios have. Curious if this is what you wanting, or if a basic touch screen would be in consideration?

Pioneer has a great new line of head units with touch screen that are relatively affordable, and offer great sound quality and tuning features to really get you addicted to this hobby.

Yes I'm looking for something that isn't flashy and won't attract young thieves with their screw drivers

Looking for great sound quality. I've considered recently that I might be an audio file. I'm a musician and listen to strange music most people will never hear of. I prefer to touch screens but if that's what I'm looking for and I don't know it I'll get it

Not necessarily looking to make this a hobby. I currently am using my Yaris for auto x competition and that takes a lot of my time/money
