    It is 1/2 wide flat nylon webbing from strapworks. OEM quality and only .24 cents a foot. Available in a ton of widths, colors, and patterns and cut to order. http://www.strapworks.com/Flat_Nylon...ch_p/fnt12.htm

    Nice job fellas.

    Did I miss what is on the backside of the grille sub cover piece? Is it a solid block over the sub or do you have some sort of mesh to allow the sub to play into the cabin?

    It's similar to this over the sub, but with bracing over the center of the grille. I'll take pictures when I can.

    And that grille above is something DIY I did that I'll be giving specific info on in the near future. Total costs for it is less then $10 and it can be finished in a ton of ways.

    I love using the sub/ pizza pan grills cheap and has a nice sturdy ring for mounting.
