    Thanks! Well I came across diyma a long while ago looking at builds but never joined or read any articles (just looking at pictures really), fast forward about 5 years and I started looking into it again. My search was "diy car audio"

    Ok so since I sold this car, I dont see a need to open a new thread for a build log. This was the first car I had stereo stuff installed in beyond $50 coax speakers lol. 1998 subaru legacy l sedan. I was lucky to have a friend who was a woodworker - he built me the sub box and false floor/amp space out of birch plywood. I do have a couple pics of that one:
