Condition of all items:
Used. I just pulled it from my wife's Escape last night. She never used it because she had upgraded to an iPhone 5 with the lightning connector and this piece only uses the 30 pin iPod connectors.

Additional info:

This is Sony's attempt at a "MS-8 style" processor. I use that comparison very loosely though. Sony has much fewer options and much less processing power. There is some time alignment and some sub control but just enough to say that it has it.
If you must add an iPod to any stereo this is a way to do it.
