It really makes you wonder what Bill Gates true motivation is. He is either one of the best or one of the worst people alive. And is either trying to save the world or is evil and obsessed with attaining as much power and money as possible. No in between.

Not nearly as often as the opposite. After watching the video I started to wonder, what does the richest (at the time) and probably most powerful guy in the world do to top what's he's currently doing? Maybe take over the worlds health organizations.

If that is his intent, the more worrisome question is "why would he want to take them over?"

Partly because (it would appear that) he has been given the opportunity to do so; partly because he's arguably best positioned to do so; and partly because of his apparent lust for POWER.
