OfficeLibre and OpenOffice seem to have some VBA script support, but I have not looked at it. It might be fairly simple to port it to those, although a little time consuming.
If anyone wants to try, let me know and I'll give you an unlocked version of the sheet and a plain text copy of the VBA script so you can explore and see how much work it might be.
Considering where you work. There's gotta be someone you could ask for help.

That was one of the three attempts that didn't get finished.

Limited features, probably the important ones would be unavailable.

xcellcompiler.com doesn't make anything free. Please talk about something else.
Re: Justin Zazzi's tuning companion for room eq wizard
Hey @Justin if I was to use this for my home setup (which is a powered Klipsch sub and a pair of full ranges hooked to an amp) what would be the optimal way to use the tool?
Re: Justin Zazzi's tuning companion for room eq wizard
Do you have DSP at home?
I used it with a custom house curve option then did identical things to tuning a car for my home. I used the 2 way configuration and just did subs and then speakers as the other way.
My custom house curve was trying to match the natural frequency of a neutral speaker.
The custom house curve is roughly 1 db / octave roll off from 100hz+. Under 100hz there is a bass boost.

I've got the MiniDSP 2x4

Jdunk's post is solid. Tuning a car and tuning at home will be the same thing as far as this tool is concerned. If you want help with the measuring and tuning steps, maybe start a new thread so you can ask really specific questions?
