Need a tool to save a webpage and associated files

I found some of my old work from the early 2000's, that I thought were lost since these hosts are ancient history. Turns out you can kinda sorta get there through the internet wayback machine. I definitely unfortunately can't click to get the full res images any more, and one of the better pages here (the build log of the red car) is missing all the images, but I'd love to save what's here:

When I use Chrome (I was on my Chromebook), I only see two options:

Save HTML only (literally just saves the HTML, no pics)
Save MHTML single file (saves basically like creating a PDF of the page, with images embedded).

Not to age myself beyond "need to save stuff from the wayback machine" - but it used to be that if you visited a web page, and did a "save", you'd get the whole folder structure - web page, CSS file, pictures, everything. Since this is an old school web page, I was thinking I'd have the same options.

Does anyone know how to do that with a modern browser (or app)?
Or is this a side-effect of these web pages being lost to the internet time machine... with their original/actual picture files being lost to history?

Maybe it doesn't matter since clicking those pictures doesn't bring the full resolution pictures up anymore... Would still like to have them separate to do a more modern archive though.
