I got most of my acoustical treatment from sounddeadenershowdown.com.
Starting with some leftover Dynamat Extreme and CLD tiles.

I cut a filler plate out of sheet metal and added deadener

Next came some closed cell foam (CCF). For the floor, I managed to get some thick foam runner mat from Lowe's. It was cheap because it had a messed up edge.
