Unseen image from url?

In Counting with Pictures thread, I see this:

Just fired up my other computer, and the license plate image does not appear. Went back and turned the first computer back on again, and the image is still there. :shrug:

When I click that link, I get 403- Forbidden. Somehow, you're seeing it from your PC, but it's not allowing a hot-link to the forum. Some websites don't allow hot-linking...not much we can do about it.

Thanks, that makes sense. I will see if I can post another image from a different source.

That must have been the case, as the replacement image seems to have worked. It shows up on all three computers in the house.
