You are looking at an Arc Audio PS8 DSP. It is in good condition overall. It works perfectly with no issues and looks pretty good cosmetically, the only major thing to note is the cover has a small bend that can be seen in the third picture of the left side. It wasn't exposed in my install so I never risked trying to bend it back. I can't remember if I have the original box, I'll have to go up in the attic and look.
