I'm not sure you understand what I'm getting at ...or maybe I'm just overthinking this:
While the fasteners provide great clamping force, such clamping force alone might not be sufficient to prevent shifting/slippage over time. Alignment pins would help prevent any such shifting/slippage, and thereby preserve long-term shear load capability, in a way that threaded fasteners alone cannot - presuming the use of fully threaded bolts. While carefully selected partial-thread bolts (sized to snugly fit the mounting holes of both the Plexiglass and enclosure panels) would provide both positive alignment (to preserve shear force resistance) and clamping force (and, as such, might well be the most elegant solution), a fewer number of alignment pins (for example, four alignment pins, versus twice as many - or more - alignment bolts) might be a lot simpler to implement.

Yep!! Actually, in this picture they don't look as big, in person they look almost too big... Fortunately, I'll be lifting it 1-2", so they'll look just right with that.

Thanks!! That is pretty much going to be the look for the whole Jeep, inside and out.

I should have the passenger pod installed by tomorrow... Next is the fun part, building the box for the Hutchinson beast!!
Here are the specs, thanks to JCAudio:

Re: New Build - 2019 JL Wrangler 2 door
I'm wondering about the 91.94 Hz F3, which seems awfully high for a vented sub, and given the 33.07 Hz Fb.
Looking forward to modeling this in WinISD this evening, if only to satisfy my curiosity.

David, I believe the better American made baltic birch that comes in 60” x 60” sheets is 9-ply for 3/4” plywood. The 11 ply stuff is probably made in China. Grinder, the F3 point is that high because the response has a peak above that F3 point.
I just picked up some 7-ply 3/4 hardwood plywood for my box next build.

Thanks John! Actually, I tried the 7 ply and I found it to be softer and more fragile than the 11 ply. But I'll check it out at my Local lumber yard... I am gonna grab some wood on Tue or Wed (hopefully) and start the box build!! I'm really excited to build this one!!
