I'll replace them one of these days. I've got to dig out the receipt & figure the age & milage, it's up there for sure
Re: Show us your rides/toys!
Little project my Dad & I worked on before he passed. Not meant to be a restoration, because I use it as a lawnmower

Re: Show us your rides/toys!
Nice! I don't have anything that compares to that, but I hope to get some sort of project at some point. I would really like to have an old Studebaker or Dodge or any old truck, really. As a truck first, as a show vehicle second.
I have a '93 Dakota that I'm working on, I'll make a build thread once it's actually had some progress...
Anyways, cool toys..:)
Re: Show us your rides/toys!
Sweet toys, I think there is a company that makes reproduction period tires so you could get new Montgomery wards rubber.

Thanks everyone!
Farmall was my great grandpas favorite brand, which inspired my dad & I to find a couple that had been put to pasture to make a good one out of. Never had a single problem with it despite more then 10 years of regular use.
Really liking the old Corolla Chit! Something about that thing just screams old school rally car waiting to happen. Dig that Escort too Woosey, is that similar to the US version or is it more like the Merkur (xr4 or whatever they called it)?
Re: Show us your rides/toys!
Here is the first project my sons & I did together, Ertl pedal tractor we saw in a pile of junk at a farm down the road. Asked about it & they where kind enough to let us have it. It was split in half & missing lots of pieces, but after some work its a useable toy once again. My boys where 3 & 4 when we got it & did most the work themselves. I helped guide them along, but they stripped & mostly painted it on their own (they held the gun I held their arm)

It's a little dirty, looks a lot better without all the dust & cobwebs.

nope It's more like a escort cosworth light.. The merkur xr4 is like the 3door sierra cosworth.. The escort cosworth was fl 100000 ( dutch guilders ) in 1992 with 4x4 and 220 bhp, the rs2000 was half the price but fwd and "only" 150 hp :D

not crazy at all. 240ish hp at the wheels. Comptech gives a very conservative map for timing and fuel with their base kit. It was a relatively fun car to drive but needed a few more things to make it peppy
Re: Show us your rides/toys!
Nice Hondas, and the Jags aren't bad either.
Re: Show us your rides/toys!
I need to get some better pics but it looks like that may have to wait until next spring.
