Re: What did Syria do to us?
I don't know. What military is close to as technologically advanced as we are? We almost don't need soldiers to fight wars. Unfortunately we do.
But on that note, would it change people minds if us policing Syria simply meant sending an aircraft carrier full of drones and robotic surveillance devices?

Nobody can stand against us in a conventional war. Our enemies know this and will use asymmetric tactics. They will attack where we are weak. And we have plenty of weaknesses.

You have options with today's technology - say ... listening to what the leader of Syria says, or the leader of Jordan says, et cetera.,
You don't have to be a slave to multi-media ! ???

Anyone else find it hysterical that in order for Congress to snub O'Bama they have to snub their Corporate Sponsors? What is not funny is that they will do it anyway even though nobody wants it to happen. You know... Cuz they got that jobs program they have to keep churning.
Re: What did Syria do to us?
I've always wondered what would happen if two or more big lobbies got into a conflict of interest with each other...example: the weapons manufacturers pushing for an action that conflicts with the interest of big pharma, or the unions pushing an agenda that upsets the banks. The poor Congress is about to see a huge turnover. Either they get voted out because they go against the will of the people, or they get ousted because the sponsors start backing another candidate.

It's only a matter of time. Money is drying up and the big dogs gotta' eat. It's a great point and it's awesome that more and more people are seeing this for what it is. Too bad we can't stop it.
Re: What did Syria do to us?
Well if the banks are involved they win. There are no bigger dogs than the global banks.
