progress?
Well I got tired of posting redundant boring tuning posts and I don't have any new photos or work done.
But if y'all want to know the tuning is going well. I've finally got good left/right/center definition while maintaining the tonality I like. Now I'm hunting after more depth and better resolution across the stage, in between left and right.
I think a limited stage width will be something in just gonna have to live with in the current configuration.
Well I just wrapped up a complete retune (about 3 hours).
The goal was to create more midbass impact while retaining stage image and upfront bass.
Nail. Head. Hit!
I achieved this through a combination of research and knowledge of acoustical theories, careful planning and measurements, and much trial and error (and LOTS of help from many of you clever gents). Every time I retune, I dial it in a bit tighter!

This time I even managed to improve naturalness, tonality, and depth! I'm a happy camper!
Sent from my Springfield XD with love!
