Now if there was no evidence in public eye (Biden himself admitting on camera what he did) and a President used his power to fabricate evidence (or perception thereof) then yes - you'd have something to stand on. But a President following up on a public story is not criminal at all. It shouldn't matter who the person is. Something like what Biden admitted to doing should be investigated.
