The SPL 15 is for you if you like it LOUD. !
You like your neighbors ? Happy just sittin still or talkin on phone ?
Don't buy this one.
Re: SoundStream 15 inch dvc
Power for this depends on size of box , 1 1/2" thickness should suffice. If box (sealed) falls on smaller rather than larger , power goes up 1,200 watts RMS , a larger box will work with 600 watts.
Acoustistuf, polyfil,etc.., will help with a smaller box and silicone will seal joints. Coating box will assure maximum output , think "hair tricks, flipping things over on roof.

Re: SoundStream 15 inch dvc
by chance do you have TS specs for modeling boxes on this thing? also what impedance are the voice coils?
Re: SoundStream 15 inch dvc
Fernpatch, WINISD probably has them in their subwoofer index.
Re: SoundStream 15 inch dvc
i will look into winisd and see if i can find it. my fiance is a bass head and this might just be the ticket for her.

The dvc 4 ohm and WinISD may have this sub in their data base.
Re: SoundStream 15 inch dvc
How many cubic feet would trunk be ? IB may work extremely well !

This one would work well if box was stuffed ( appears to in a box up to a third larger ).
Power requirement was overstated, see up above.
