Made good progress today. Mids installed

Amp rack and doors buttoned up. Only thing left is pac module. Battery voltage was low, so put it on trickle charger. Tomorrow it makes noize :D

What kind of gasket you put between the speaker and that baffle? And is that door pod plastic? Sealed or just kinda "factory" sealed? Did you shore it up inside any for resonances or what? Is it pretty solid? Those Dyns should do quite well in there, I'd think, as long as there isn't too much resonance, air leak or rattling.
 
it has a stick on foam for gasket. Yes, entire inner door skin is plastic. Open into door, but pretty rigid. Still needs tuning to be able to tell what it needs. So far tho, seems like it's gonna be great. Dynamics are good, lots of impact. I gets some tune time the 26th, have high hopes :D
 
So turns out tweet amp was my issue. Cutting in and out. Oh well, wanted the MT230s anyway :)
Have tweets and new amp installed, tuning started. Tuning needs more work, but this is going to be really good :D
Have work on amp rack, it resonates like a mofo on bass heavy stuff. Will post more pics when I work on it next.

Got bit by the upgrade bug in College Station, so V2.0 is in the planning and procurement phase. Thanks to hookups from Daniel and Glenn, here are the first 2 pieces.

still have floor behind subs and back wall to do...
