Whats up guys...getting back into from Texas

Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Mark and I currently located in the DFW area. I consider myself a DIY sound quality guy and came from the old DIYMA days. Some of you may recognized the username as I like to think I was pretty active back then. Just getting back into car audio from a 10-15 year hiatus since I have a little more time now and wanting to address in the audio in my 2024 Chevy Silverado w/ Bose. Some things have definitely changed in the car audio world but same principles apply. Just doing some system planning and researching at this time. Just wanted to say what's up ya'll!!!
 
What's up Mark! I remember you from diyma back in 09 or so. Bought some speakers from you for sure and maybe my 1st dsp, the PPI DX730. Welcome back to the game. Impressive layoff my man. I'm nearly 62 and have never stayed out that long haha
 
Haha yeah I actually remember!!! Raising kids took alot of that time up but now have a little more free time and a vehicle I can do something in. 2024 Silverado w Bose to planning an active 2-way, some rears for the kids (when needed), and a sealed single 10" or 12"
Don't have the time to be buying/trying/selling so doing my research carefully. Lots of new brands out there as well as amp/dsp combos
