This amp is capable of running an active setup, including bandpass abilities for the mids. It is said to be a clone of the Soundstream Reference 880.5 that was released in Europe around 2006/2007. ONLY reason I am selling, is to try and get matching amp(s) for an all JL Audio build. Here is a link to the Soundstream manual:
