Now the recirc damper servo is clicking LOUD... It's behind the glove compartment, but of course, you cannot drop the compartment to get to anything. I'm gonna pull the valance off under the dash but I believe Chrysler says the dash comes off to get to it.

About had it with this fucking car.

That sucks Chad, but you're not alone I run into a similar issue with my Mustang it has four blend door actuators. The only real problem with them is the plastic used for the gears becomes brittle with age and eventually fails. You should check if you can get the part at O'Reillys or some place that has a free replacement warranty. I bet I've replaced all of mine twice with the exception of the temperature blend door. Would you believe the Ford dealer sells the part for $40 only made that mistake a couple times...
