BigAl's Big Birthday Bash!


I would like to invite everyone over to check out the new garage, listen to some cool audio systems, hang out and cut up with your friends, and help me celebrate my Birthday. We will probably also have a pre-meet and tuning session the night before.

The place: My house in Hayden, AL (about 25 miles north of Birmingham)
The date: Saturday, November 12
The time: 9AM to 9PM

Optional things to bring:
- your favorite demo music
- a folding chair
- a camera
- Tools and tuning equipment
- a friend
- a canopy

I'm open for suggestions on what we can get for lunch. I'm leaning towards barbecue, but grilling is an option.

I could get something somewhat non-stock going pretty quickly, but know something would happen that would delay everything. And going over my mental notes of the chain of panel pulling that will be happening I'd MUCH rather do this all in one lick. Might be running the Ram 6.5" with the factory tweeter for a bit but you do what you gotta do to get by until you can afford to get what you really want. Wonder if the Audible Physics Ram 6.5" would be a good mate for the Audiofrog GB10 that's going in the sails regardless of what ends up in the doors? The gb10 is just too good of a drop-in replacement to look any further.

Fellas, I'm not going to be able to make this family commitments and found this weekend while working on my axles, that I have a broken transmission mount. So my car's days might be numbered.. need to start looking at building my truck soon..

Unfortunately, I'm out. I don't have a car since Steve is still working on mine and I won't be home in time to arrange getting a loaner by tomorrow. Plus... since I've been gone all week on travel I'd like to spend time with my wife before she has to go to work tomorrow night.

Hate I'm gonna miss it but ... next time!
