How close is "close enough" for Acoustical crossovers? The dsired crossovers are 90,300,3500 for 3-way plus sub as input into REW (LR4). The achieved acoustical cossovers are Left side 83.4,298,3.3k
    Right side 77.3,334,2.9k
This is how both side crossovers sum:
+5.7db at 90Hz (left and right)
    +4.7db at 300Hz(left) +2.8db at 300Hz(right)
    +4db at 3500Hz (left) +1.8db at 3500Hz(right)

At this point I'm ready to set levels. Will level setting change crossover points? Is this how I can get crossovrs to line up a bit closer from left side to right side?

My left mid shows same peaks and dips, basically mirrors the right mid but is a couple db louder. Can I simply lower the left mid by a couple db or should I lower left and raise right by the same amount? How will this affect Phase? upper left picture is right, middle is left, right picture is both sides together

Yes, level setting will change crossovers by raising/lowering them. You should level set before crossover settings.

Here without level set, the crossover is about 2500hz.

Depends on the EQ gain on the right mid.
If you don't have any overall gain by equalizing the speaker, then you can raise right and lower left at the same time until they match. Same with any other speaker pair.

    Re: REW and Acoustic Crossovers

Great news. Thanks guys. I will level match tonight and repost if things don't work out. If everything lines up in the crossovers after level matching then I won't bother posting, unless someone requests seeing the frequency response after level matching. I always left level matching for last in the past. I didn't think it would matter because I matched individual speakers to a house curve. The big dip at 60 Hz is a transfer function of my car, both left and right subs and Midbass speakers show this. I'm not going to touch it for now. That will be the next learning curve. Does anyone see any other problems? My EQ doesn't seem as smooth as it could be. I Eq'ed to 1/3 octave. Can more EQ be applied to individual speakers at this time or do I have to link all channels and use global EQ?
