How close is "close enough" for Acoustical crossovers? The dsired crossovers are 90,300,3500 for 3-way plus sub as input into REW (LR4). The achieved acoustical cossovers are Left side 83.4,298,3.3k
Right side 77.3,334,2.9k
This is how both side crossovers sum:
+5.7db at 90Hz (left and right)
+4.7db at 300Hz(left) +2.8db at 300Hz(right)
+4db at 3500Hz (left) +1.8db at 3500Hz(right)
At this point I'm ready to set levels. Will level setting change crossover points? Is this how I can get crossovrs to line up a bit closer from left side to right side?
My left mid shows same peaks and dips, basically mirrors the right mid but is a couple db louder. Can I simply lower the left mid by a couple db or should I lower left and raise right by the same amount? How will this affect Phase? upper left picture is right, middle is left, right picture is both sides together
