Scored me a DSP at the meet today in Gouldsboro, PA. Just gotta get me some more interconnects and find time to install it.

Very nice!
I call dibs if you sell it
beautiful people, should be shared... is that sentiment too communist, doesn't it just seem wrong that the exceptional examples are too often taken from everyone, is it social justice in reverse when a wedding band locks away the good in the world?
existential leanings from the edge, pretty should get used up, fair is only fair for a season, we all have expiry dates and how cruel to let those containers of joy remain nearly full when time takes it's toll...

Little update:
Did some testing with midrange positioning to remedy the cancellation I was getting ~1.5khz from windshield reflections. It's discussed here: http://www.caraudiojunkies.com/showt...ction-remedies
My plans for work to do this winter season:
1. Come up with a solid & sealed mounting method that looks as close to stock as possible for the re-positioned mids.
2. Move the tweeters to the sail panels hopefully widening the soundstage. While in the doors correct a minor rattle in the passenger door & perhaps further structural reinforcements to the inner door skin as they are move in/out quite a bit when the ZR800s get cranking.
3. Install MiniDSP 8x12 & additional 2ch of amplification to go full active. Redo the amp board to accommodate such. Re-route wiring to be more aesthetically pleasing & maybe include a terminal block for the speaker leads to ease wiring changes.
4. Learn how to tune
