Need ideas/help

I think the grill/ chrome ring for the GB60's in my doors are going to be a little too big for the OEM grill to be cut out. The GB chrome ring is 7 1/16. My door card will allow like 6 to 6.5. Any ideas on how I could make a "matching" set?

Not yet. I haven't seen my car in a month. I'm hoping to have it back, AND PLAYING, by this weekend. I'll post pics of it when I can. I don't know if there are any stock pics I could post, with my awesome PC user skills, lol.

Further asking for help/recommendations: How would you guys cover these amps and DSP? Should I incorporate fans into a beauty panel? How can I do a beauty panel w/plexiglass to see my subs, and still have them IB, and not be a box with a huge vent?

The installer did leave me extra wire in my spare tire area, as I was throwing around the idea of "floating" the amps, or simply raising them off the trunk floor...

LED's up where subs are mounted - Mirror under subs ? [ would reflect light and suwoofers !!
Fans if you enclose the DSP and amps , otherwise it will breathe fine , right now !

Maybe leave a gap on either end of plexi and go from rear deck down to trunk floor.

Could put some plexi on standoffs to cover amps and DSP

Some people put light emitting diodes on the edge of the plexi to diffuse the light ( red, green, blue, white, et cetera ) throughout the panel !

Hope it gives you ideas !
