    1 or 2 amps??

    Hey guys!! I'm wondering what works better for a setup with 4 6.5" mids, 2 tweets & 2 1000w subs. Should I go with a 5ch or a 4ch and a mono block?

This isn't a question we can answer. Depends on what you want from system and your budget.
For me, most 5 channel amps don't have the power I want, and those that do get very pricey...

Are you still using the MS-8? Or did you go with a different setup?

What speakers and subwoofers are you using? Still rocking the Vifa tweeters?
    Are you not entertained?!?!

This is a new truck so I'm thinking about about different processor or none at all. Any input on that would be great! Have the ms8 in my other truck

I have the vifa 6.5" and was thinking about the legatia L1 pro tweets again. .....

I will be running 2 sundown sa-8v2 d4 under my seat rear firing in a ported box

Of course we're all on a budget at some point but I'd rather do it little by little and do it right. I was thinking about the zapco amps....

Conversely I'm a keep it simple type of guy and embrace multi-channel amps, even if it does mean a bit less power, I try to build as efficiently as possible (for the goals) for the vehicle.

It depends on your goals in output and how much you want to plan your install (including wiring and distribution)
