Big, big things have happened for me recently. First, I sold my car... to my little brother. He got one HELL of a deal. So, I pulled the trigger on a 2013 Ford Taurus SEL. It has 71,400 miles. Yes, I realize that's a lot of mileage for a 2 year old car. It was driven from Eau Claire, WI to Chicago, IL almost daily, so they're all highway miles. Might as well be brand new. I was doing some research on the car and when it was sold to the dealer the seller reported unibody damage. This scared the hell out of me. I called the salesman and he had the car on the lift when I got there. The senior mechanic and I went through a solid 45 minute visual inspection of the car and the only thing we found was a little dry paint overspray in the drivers side rear door jamb. Otherwise nothing else was touched. Basically, the car got in a fender bender, they popped the dent out in the drivers side rear quarter panel and repainted it.
I paid $15k even (plus tax and title) for the car, and I feel I got a great deal. I know what all of you are thinking - What the hell are you going to put in this one? Don't you worry about that, I plan on paying off the car before I do anything too crazy with it. What I do need your help with, is naming the car. Give me your suggestions for names, as well as an explanation if you have one. If it's just a name that seems to fit, that's cool too. Let's here 'em!
