For those who don't know me

I am new to the game of graphics and die cut stickers. I bought a vinyl cutter and I am diving in head first to learn how to use Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator to make custom graphics and logos. The learning curve is steep, but I am up for the challenge, so if you work with me, I'll work with you. I'm having a blast doing this and want to make some awesome logos and stickers for anyone that needs them. My goal is to make it easier for enthusiasts like us to have the logos and stickers they want without a huge "setup fee" or minimum order.

I've known Glenn about 5 years. One thing I can guarantee about his work, if it isn't right you will never see it.

Nice venture. I did vinyl stuff when I was in the service, many years ago. I ran the sign shop portion of our shop for about a year. We had Gerber equipment at the time and holy cow was it expensive! We also had a 4 color thermal printer that would print on white vinyl and it was really cool.

Do you plan on charging per job or per square inch or some other metric? I've only worked briefly for a small commercial sign shop and they were mostly by square inch, as least just for the cutting part. It also helped if it could fit across the roll instead of length wise (less waste). Anyway, have fun with that and if/when I need something I'll ping you

I make my fair share of mistakes, but I make damned sure I fix them. Thanks for believing in me man!

I'm hoping that it turns out to be a decent side business if not full time. Worst case, I can make my own stickers LOL. I'm not 100% sure yet how to charge, but it will probably be per job for now. I am learning the waste portion of this is extremely important. Make use of every square inch!

Definitely let me know if you need anything, I will do my best to make it happen!

Re: For those who don't know me

Congratulations on the new business Glebn. I will be in touch with you to see about having you make some ground zero graphics for the team. What I've noticed is most of the shops that do this charge by the square foot or by the square inch if it's under a foot.
The issue I have had so far is that some of our logos have to have multiple colors and some of the "printers" have not been able to duplicate the Gradient effect.
So, when we have multiple colors in one graphic, like these ones here:Name: image.jpg

Would you have to make two die cuts and then try to combine them?
