Alright guys here is what I have so far, and bare with me on the exact specs because I got all of this stuff in a trade (in excellent condition) so some of the specs are not known.

Front doors: image dynamics 6.5"
Front tweets: hybrid audio l1 pro
Rear doors: stock infinity
Sub: sundown audio sa- 8v2 d4
Mid sub: audiobahn 400w 8"
Amps: oldschool Memphis audio 5ch 16-mc1300d
Memphis audio 400w 4ch
Memphis audio 16-st500d 2nd
Jbl ms8
Pioneer 5600bhs
2 alpine tme-m770 headrest monitors


I just blew out 1 of the image dynamic 6.5 so I'm looking into the sundown 6.5".
I'm also looking into another sa-8 and connect both on 1 sub ch if possible.

I'm my truck I have room to put 5 tweets up front but don't know if that would be overkill.
I would like to at least get a center speaker up front but I'm running out of ch on the ms8, lol.

Since I am going with another sa-8 do you think I should just get rid of the audiobahn in the center console? I am using it for more of a mid bass since the 6.5" doesn't handle that much bass
Another question is which is better a 6.5" or a 6×9?

Any thoughts?

I would ditch the audiobahn 8" like a bad habit if you are getting a second sundown SA-8. As for the tweets yeah 5 is just a tad overkill (); I would say focusing on the potential center channel speaker would be more fruitful if you have the channels. Personally I would say ditch the stock infinity speakers in the rear as well, you'll free up two extra channels and honestly the system will be fine without them.

Nice setup though es specially the Big Silver Belle's.

Thanks guys!!! I did all the install myself and tuned the ms8 myself! I was reading through the forum last night and let me tell you I have a lot to learn from you guys!!!!

Some here like a 'stage' that is in front of them ! [ rear speakers can pull it backwards ]

They are saying don't have rear speakers.
