Copy pasta of Jason's meet thread from the other place.

For the address PM Afghan Vet on here (not me)

I finally started looking at the calendar, and this is what I have come up with for this year's NC Fall Meet. I'm going to MECA Finals this year, and I have a weeks vacation prior to that, so this one will need to be in early November.

    When:
    Saturday, 08 November 2014 - 9:00am - 9:00pm

    Food:
Probably snack items for lunch - BBQ for late lunch / early dinner like we did last Fall - no sure......may go out to dinner if the weather isn't conducive to BBQ.

    Stuff to bring:

    Yourself
A friend / spouse / kids (unless they are rowdy - thinking the kids from Raising Arizona......'FART')
Your vehicle with or without anything setup/tuned
    Favorite Music on discs
    Camera
Lawn chair if you want it
Openness to learn, ask questions, take constructive critisim and humbly give advice/criticism

Yes, he is planning on going. He said there was a small possibility that he would have to work that day but it is very small.
I hope he doesn't have to work because he is my ride.

6 nights of work left before I start 9 days of vacation. Right now I'm like a pressure cooker without a way for the pressure to escape. Need to pop the cork before something bad happens
They might say "don't try this at home" but nothing about not trying it at your friend's house.

Be calm, once on the road you'll forget work even exists. I know how ya feel, my work has been extremely stressful for the last 5 or 6 months......The time off for the finals trip was much needed, and I came back refreshed........stress sucks, and it can kill yer ass too......

I'm getting ramped up for this meet. Where is everyone staying? I was thinking of the same Hampton Inn that a few of us stayed at last time.
