Some of the new PAC stuff can be set to do multiple functions on each button. For those people not versed in Arduino programming, it might be easier to wire appropriate resistors to the buttons and just tie in to the appropriate wires in the car and save all the custom programming.

However, for the rest of us, this is pretty sweet. Arduinos are pretty powerful little things, and I love all the people I see using them to integrate functionality into the car.

I went to Soundscape over the weekend for their grand opening and came home with a new head unit... Sony GS9 . I think the plan is to pick up a RUX-C800 for my H800 and either replace my W505 with the GS9 and RUX or hide the GS9 and use the RUX to change source inputs on the H800 to retain the ability to play CDs/DVDs. I can't wait to get the RUX so I can A/B my current HU vs the Sony!

    First stop: frustration station. Lol.

Great sounding unit but crappy UI. What do you plan on controlling it with?
