Sure, the republicans control the house, senate and white house and it's the democrats fault they can't get anything done. You can blame one side or the other all you want but the fact is that both sides are to blame and this partisan bullshit is the reason. If both sides spent more time doing their job rather than whining about the meanies on the other side maybe they'd actually get something useful accomplished.

The Senate needed 60 votes to advance the House spending bill, but it was voted down 50-49 simply because Trump refuses to back down on illegal immigration (one of his campaign promises). DACA has nothing to do with the spending bill, but these idiots will let the country grind to a halt just so they can force negotiation on an unrelated social issue. It's nothing but pure extortion!
