Sadly, dyma used to be the place to go for info and I think Ant has just ruined it in his search of $'s. Funny that Ant has virtually no knowledge of car audio (or any audio), then he went into supplements and food stuff - another subject he knows virtually nothing about. I don't think any real fitness gurus would buy any of his crap and I seriously doubt he has enough nuthuggers in the car audio world to float his operation. His supplements are a mix of stuff that I am sure he doesn't know how they will interact, he will be lucky if he isn't sued one day.
