Lol, well if anyone is wondering why I got banned here's what happened.

I'm not permanently banned.
Just a month. In Ant's oatmeal volunteer thread (in the OTDump) I made a joke about him also being the owner of Myoatmealcreampie.com. I suggested he may have been featured in a couple videos on there. I was just making a little jab at him. We always bust each others balls pretty good around the forum, ya know?
Well just before my post Oliver made a post telling ant to shove his oatmeal up his ass and started ranting about NPDang. Well I guess the mention of NPDang flipped ants switch and in a knee jerk reaction he banned both of us with no warning. As if we were corroborating...
Well so ant got his feelings hurt and I get severed from the community I love for a month. That's how it goes.

I'm pretty upset about it actually. Maybe I'll calm down by the time I'm reinstated, but as of right now I got it on my mind to finish my build thread (for the benefit of those supporting me) and fly the coop.

When you get to the point ant is at, we are all just a number. He has no respect for the fact that some of us add more value to his site than others. Unless your name is Andy W. or Jon Whitledge, or any of the other hard hitters, you're disposable apparently.

I would not go back, but then again I'm the pot calling the Kettle back because I went back after being banned TWICE.. and I was a fucking mod there!

I went around with this "thuper-mid" they brought in.. hated him from his first post.. most unprofessional dick ever.

Both times going toe to toe with Thupermod. One time was a few days then permabant then ant lifted it. The perma bant was me making thupermod talk himself in a circle a few times then calling him out on it..

To this day I will not let it auto-login... I make myself think about it each and every time. Kinda looking for a reason to leave.

I don't fault Ant for being a business man. Although its hard to call one a shrewd business man when he diversifies so much that its like how a fat man gets laid.
You have to lower your standard to up your average!

Although I grew very fond of the forum, I felt like myself and everyone else on there took a back seat when Ant started all this oatmeal mess. I can only imagine what it was like when he first took over.

I have a LOT of time invested there, it was a completely different place. It wouldn't really take much for me to not go back.. I may post in 1-2 new topics a day after that I just hit "my threads." Used to be some really sharp and innovative people there, kind too!

I have really mellowed out considerably, one reason is that I don't have the time now to really put up a good fight, and I'm tired of bullshit fighting, I've already fought and won all the battles there over myths and shit like that. It's searchable.

I used to just TEE OFF on people that were: dicks, know it alls, giving shit to newbs, etc. Now I don't any more. Pre 2008ish there was some epic shit. My old job has finally worn off of me for the most part, guess I'm a bit different person.

If I were there when that all went down, I would have been bant too. I'd have totally stuck up for you. You are a good guy. And I'm not saying that in a fake-ass nuthugger way.

My car audio experience is actually rather minimal, never did it professionally, etc.. However I was a touring audio engineer (self employed) for almost 10 years and up until this year built performance spaces and recording studios...

But when it comes to getting, amplified or unamplified, audio from source to ear, I have got my shit together.
