Time for some Smokin' Chronicles!!!!
Here's what's on today's menu....
Start off with some softened cream cheese...
Add in some grated pepper jack cheese...
Freshly washed Anaheim peppers.
Cleaned, about half deseeded and deveined. Then stuffed with the mixture.
Wrapped up in a nice pork blanket. Simple Jimmy Dean, 1 lb. regular, 1 lb. hot. Seasoned with some Tony Chachere's, Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, a little salt and freshly-ground black pepper:
Then onto the smoker with the chikkin that's already been on maybe a little over an hour.
Then sit back and monitor... relax, enjoy the beautiful day and... WAIT.
