I've never seen a fuse holder melt quite that bad before. You can see where it was on fire. It turned the fender to gray. I couldn't get it to come loose either. So it's still there. Lol.

Now the Civic is the roommate of a long time customer. They paid $600 for that "install". 😔

Guilty of the hot-glue tweeter. But they are neo, tiny, made over by mad trimming to fit IN a hole flush.....

    Stock class baby.

Hammer and chisel wouldn't budge it. I gave it 3-4 good wacks and decided it would be best to just leave it there.

I've seen some pretty major melt downs in 20 years, but nothing even close to that. I still find it funny that the owner said he never saw any smoke.........

It's hard to distinguish fuse holder smoke from the cloud that normally pours out from under the hood of a Honda Civic

Other than the wheels, my Civic is bone stock. But I completely understand what you're saying. Lol. I had to look for a long time for a unmolested one.

This is my favorite thing to see. Wires ran around the grommet instead of through the grommet.

Alarm install I get to fix.
