Alright clay so it looks like we have voted and your upgrading subs too. Lol
Those eights are monsters and sound great but now you have more to keep up with up front!! You may inspire me to upgrade to 5 1/4" pods in the future!! They typically are the best sounding mids in most line ups. Plus would give me a little more extension in the midbass region up top.

Btw Kendal what amp/s were you running on those monsters?

Shit, I have been wondering if the 8s would keep up with the new setup......but, the wife would knife my junk during sleep if I received another car stereo related delivery......lol. Then again, I could always begin my foray into the big driver ib world with a more budget oriented driver like this..............

no.......I better chill, I've got enuff going on now.......believe I'll stick with wat I have for now, I'm a full believer in maximizing what I have before upgrading......and I feel the jls still have more to offer. I know the baffles/boxes flex on the low notes, until I wring all I can out of em....I can't move on.....besides they weren't exactly cheap to begin with...lol
