Free Music (or more accurately pay what you like).

I'm always on the look out for new tunes be they legitimately new or from groups I've some how missed. One source I use for new artist is a site called bandcamp. Basically its a place for artists to post there songs/albums up for sale, or in the cases of the ones I will be posting here for free. All files are available in mp3,AAC, ALAC, FLAC, WAV, whatever you want. While you can download this stuff for free I would say if you like it and can spare a few buck kick them back to the artists.

First Album Outrun Europa Compilation: This is an album that features various European Electronica artists, the tracks are influenced by the sound of the original outrun arcade game and it's various sequels. Needless to say it's got a very 80's vibe going on.

A site I use quite frequently is Noisetrade. They are set up quite similarly.
I have "discovered" quite a few artists this way. You can search it by genre or 'sounds like' to compare to artists you already know.
