    CES

Anyone here going to Vegas for the show?
Scott and I will be there with GZs president and Sales manager as well as the Australian distributor. Unfortunately we will not have a booth this year, going as observers and to meet some dealers. If you're going and have any interest in GZ products, I'd welcome the chance to meet up and show you some info from our marketing packet.

I've always wanted to attend at least once, but I've got no business associations. Can vendors allow guests, or is it employees-only?

It's all about who can do what for you. I was told 100% had to be industry affiliated, not just end user. We were able to secure passes for a team GZ member. So, I guess it depends.

Just get a local dealer or someone you know in the industry to say you work for them ... for the week

    CES

We took about 12 people in 2007. Only two of us worked at the shop.

Kills me that I can make this, the money is getting tight lately after X-mas and a vet visit for dental work. Ugh! LOL

A couple new products of interest (at least to me) so far.

AudioControl DQDX, about damn time they release successors to the Digital line of processors and it's got T/A. Looks like I may have another DSP option to look into.

PPI 3-way Comps, looks like the "in Development" Soundstream comps I saw on there facebook page a few weeks back are coming to PPI as well. I'm interested to see how they preform and how much they will cost.

Arc Audio class D amps. These look interesting, especially the adjustable impedance setting.

HiFonics "NEW" Colossus. Looks like it might deserve the name.

HiFonics X-14 amps, looks like the throwback trend has spread to car audio

I do wish that PASMAG would have more than just a sentence, I mean I'm not expecting an essay but a brief summary of the spiel the guys at the booth gave them.

    Thanks for the links.

What tha?... I thought that the Ultima from Focal was for the DIY or Home Audio market: http://blogs.pasmag.com/entry/ces-20...king-things-up

    ... but apparently not: http://www.focal.com/en/content/606-focal-at-ces-2014

Talk about ultra expensive for ultra high-end :twitch:
