16 yrs ago a friendly group of craft were filmed 15 mi off coast , international waters

On training mission with multiple ships and several aircraft and at least one submarine we engaged the craft ( tic-tac ) and no hostile/shooting at us was experienced.
USA has seen fit to show or endorse filmed footage.

The people who engaged with "friendlies" acknowledged their capabilities were beyond our capabilities

1. I'm not claiming that the original video is fake, I'm just trying to show the creative process of how a video like this could be created with CGI.

2. I'm aware that my recreation is not perfect. I believe that IF the original video is CGI, the artist used real footage of the moon and overlaid the UFOs on top adding more realism to the video.
