Is there a limit to how cold it can be before fiberglass cannot be used and let dry ?

Are you using polyester or epoxy resin? IIRC, 60 degrees is the lowest temp recommended for polyester and 50 for epoxy. Below that, the curing process stops.
Garage+Kerosene heater.. I did mine in the dead of winter... Too much shit in the summer to do to be able to jack with car audio that much.
I really don't have a heater like that .... it doesn't get that cold here for long periods.
I'd recommend 70's or higher. If you have really fresh resin and hardener, maybe you can get away with a lower temp, but it's dicey.
I use a electric space heater in a box I made out of a sheet of polystyrene insulation & dust tape to cure glass in winter. Not ideal, but it's worked.
you can buy a refurb kero heater for around 100 dollars... they rock. I used to try it with an electric heater but meh....
