Sub will be recieving "600 watts" if tbat makes a difference. Iwas goung to make the box about 1 cube gross internal which means about .8 cubes net. But smaller is better

Since Xmax wasn't specified I modeled it with 18 mm but 500 watts only gets it to 13.1 mm, 600 watts gets it to 14.3 mm.

I used the "measured" specs from the second photo you posted, the specs from the first one produced crazy results, 38mm excursion on 500 watts in 0.69 cubic feet.

Ya thr second picture you used is straight from the mercury audio site. But that sounds good. I know the sub displacement is between .15 and .2 so ill make the box .9 cubes gross internal and shrink as needed

Stuff some polyfil in it. It should take more power with a smaller box ! Trading off the ability to make lower Hz notes. Mechanical excursion may be an issue .

I need the lower notes. Polyfill i know "makes the box bigger" which then runs you into excursion issues. I can't get myself to use the stuff. Plus how much do you use. No clue. When is it to much and not enough. Im stuck in my ways. I cant use it

24 mm xmax on their site, so you could go bigger on the box or run more power (carefully).
