    My 1/4 wave t-line.

So I was commissioned to build a t-line to test the not yet released Sundown Zv.4 10, which might be the baddest 10 on the market.

Here is one dwarfing the already bad ass Tantric HD 10:

The QWTL is tuned to 30 hz with a nominal port area of 65 sq.in. and a length of 9.3 ft.

After the testing is done I may give it a nice black enamel finish, then mount up some nice cypress or maple paneling and a plate amplifier. It'd make a great HT sub. I'm thinking a Dayton Titanic or TC Sounds 10 would go well. Any other suggestions?

    And?

    Does it make bass?

Have you tried it inside and outside the car?

Not yet. It just looks pretty right now. We will be doing some testing this weekend.

I'm supposed to have a Tantric HD 10" to drop in it tonight.

Well this thing isn't the full range bass monster I expected it to be. But it does dig lower than anything I've ever heard. It silently flexes the truck below 18hz.

    Check out the video:

That's a lot of air moving for a single 10" woofer!
