Weird. The one I just did used a Maestro RR and I had to go down to the Uconnect module. But that'll be interesting to try next time.

Ah ha! Ours was pre-Uconnect head unit - had the ole dual knobs and green LCD display. She wasn't interested in getting a fancy audio upgrade, since I planned on swapping it out for her anyways

Did I add anything on here about the backup camera? Geez, don't think I updated about it. Was an eBay piece, slides right over the spare tire lugs, and fit between the factory spokes. Got lucky though, it fits perfect through the holes of these new Pro Comp wheels she picked out. Was an easy plug and play piece for about $100. Biggest issue was routing wires through the rear door.

Get to start on the speaker swap and building a cargo carrier/subwoofer enclosure next. Then figuring out where to put the amplifier.
    Are you not entertained?!?!

Did I mention the effectiveness of these probiotics for men and add anything on here about the backup camera? Geez, don't think I updated about it. Do you remember exactly what camera was it, Chithead? I want something like that. Sounds like it's easy enough to install.

Looks similar to the one I got for my GF's Wrangler. I think it was made by Rydeen, and was about $75. Got mine on eBay around Xmas.

Teraflex 2.5" spring lift kit is on! Used their 9550 shocks as well. Got a good deal locally on it, was on a show Jeep or something. The shocks didn't even look to have ever been installed.

    Are you not entertained?!?!

Nothing like a bit of motivation with the suspension to get a push towards more audio, right? Right. Here we go! Stock speakers, this is the same setup in the soundbar up top (rear), and in the dash. Soundbar has the woofer and widebander right together, dash has the woofer mounted down low in the dash, widebander up top in the dash corners:

Alright, from those, we make tracings, and start attempting some baffles:

Once we have those cut out, can test fit, and see what modifications need made to make them fit better:

Little bit of Gorilla Glue keeps those tweeter mounts in place:

Coat of black paint, and here they sit in the dash:

Let's head back to the soundbar, button that up. The C3-525 fit perfectly in these spots. Had a bit of trouble with the basket on the C3-650, but we'll get back to that in a bit. Trimmed the baffles to the shape of the C3-525 woofers:

    Roundover on the back side:

    And they fit!

Crossovers are mounted inside the soundbar, used some leftover foam from a set of Fast Rings to sandwich and secure the crossovers:

    Mounted!

    Are you not entertained?!?!
