What's under that center cover? How large does the enclosure need to be?

Did we ever get a conclusion to this? Debating on running two 12" in the Bad (c) configuration.

Re: Subwoofer postitioning in my Jeep Grand Cherokee

I want to share my observations...
it is a pac audio OEM 1 kit https://atfulldrive.com/best-car-subwoofer so you can add a aftermarket amp for a sub or something

but what i would get the oem 1 kit for so you can add a sub keep the OEM 6X9's woofers get some good tweeters install some crossovers between the 6x9's and the tweeters then get some good 6x1/2 two ways for the back doors and call it a day.

and the sub i would go with a single 12 or a single 10 inch sub... me i have a single 1000 watt 12 inch sub with a 1000 watt amp bridged in a non ported box and it is more than enough power for the WJ
