This thing is a heavily modified label printer that he modded to print on, then cut tubing.. Some serious techno-bespoke stuff. Started as a pretty much generic high end Datamax label printer. He added a cutter and ability to print spooled tubing. But brings in interesting point though.. Not much out there that will actually print on tubing. Just labels.
Here's an alternate idea I had though.. Why not just simply printed label, then secure to wire with clear shrink tube?
