CT Sounds Meso 15" Subwoofer Box Build

Quick Build for a Meso 15" Subwoofer!



Started with the woofer and a plan:





Got all my wood cut, 45's for the corners.



Made all my detailed cuts on the wood, did a little bit of custom insert work to give the front of the enclosure that added unique look.



Had to do some work with a mini roundover.... And some bigger bits

Double baffle and bracing



Ready to wrap!



Wrapped the box in charcoal grey carpet, the insert and subwoofer mounting surface is painted with a texture paint. Added some metal mesh and some extra fasteners to give it more of an "industrial" look.













Finished everything up with an SMD speaker terminal

Everyone should try their hand at some custom work, it doesn't have to be some crazy fiberglass job to be special.
