Added some PSA backed closed cell foam to the rear as well as a strip under the mounting flange for the 6.5's, the mounted them with allen head cap screws.

Looks like the tweeter plan is getting trashed, mocked it up a few different ways and it was all ugly. Gonna default to tweets in the stock locations and I'll work with them. Shouldn't be a big deal. Expect pics of plastic cut to mount the tweets tomorrow

So I was messing with some 1/8'' ABS and a heat gun....usually a bad ending but these came of it:



Used one of the fiberglass copies of the grill, drilled a 2'' hole in it and then double sided taped ABS to the copy. I then heated the section over the 2'' hole and pressed a PVC fitting into it for the shape. I may be onto something here.....

Oh, and Chris (HBSQ), these experimentation panels are yours to mess with.

Damn.....that's quite a bit of stretch ya ended up with! I bet it got pretty thin didn't it? Glenn getting creative and shit, exactly why I tuned in!
